Turnaround Time
Our current manufacturing time for EVA style orthotics is 3-4 days, with standard turnaround at 5 days plus postage. For 3D printed orthotics, it currently stands at 10 days plus postage, but we anticipate it will normalise to around 7 days plus postage in due course.

Returns Process
The return process to our lab is through postage. Our goal through our training and modelling process is to ensure that you have all the skills in 3D foot capture techniques and prescribing to recieve morphology base custom foot orthoses that are clinically effective and meet your requirements.
In cases where the Quality management system fails and a prescription is incorrectly filled, Lab Twenty-Six will either process a rapid remake and have it to you ASAP, or if a device is able to be adjusted on site to make it fit for purpose (ie orthotic recover to length covers) Lab Twenty-Six will provide this pair complimentary for the inconvenience.
It should be noted that if Lab discretion is requested by the clinician Lab Twenty-Six will not be held accountable for the result of that discretion. To avoid these situations we believe in our training to ensure that all clinicians that are accessing the services have the skills, confidence and building of competence to deliver therapeutic outcomes to their patients.
